The codes it pulled from that were P0300 multiple misfire and P0152 Bank 2 position 1 O2 sensor high voltage. I added some displays to the Torque app to look at my O2 voltages and found this - O2 bank 2 position 2 is at 0.0V and bank 1 is at 1.3V. It throws the 0300, 0304, 0306 pcodes. 0306 was the original cod thrown. So Random/Multiple Misfires, and Cylinder 6 Misfire. I went ahead and changed out all the plugs and wires, as well as the coil pack. The light went away for a couple of weeks.

Threw a code for a drivers side upstream o2 a few months back, bought new sensor but CEL turned off so never installed new sensor. Then after departing, and getting to the stop sign down the street, about 1 minute since engine start, the CEL came on. I always carry a scanner and it said P0300.
