There is a general manufacturing warehouse on the south end of Louisville near the main 4 way highway intersection. It’s just south east of that intersection and has a bunch of good places to raid next door - metalworking factory, mechanic, and electrical for example. Whole area is pretty sealed off with high fences and only has a few entrances.Try the fire station in Rosewood, if you can get a handle on the zombies in town and clear out the fire station you are right next to the police station and have a huge backyard for farming and other needs.
