Mewtwo vs Marth isn't nearly as bad as so many other MUs. Marth is pretty simple to punish and edgeguard, and is pretty susceptible to whiff punishes, so almost every character at least stands a chance. I put Lucario at +2 for Mewtwo on a chart a while back, and here was my arguement: Mewtwo is more mobile than Lucario with better combos, damage, and most importantly- kill power. A raw fair out of shield kills Lucario at like 100.
