When I press the pedal about 1" or 2" from the floor I can change the gears (with pto running). The pto stops with the pedal all the way to the floor as normal and I can change gears.May 5, 2020. #1. After. installation, the clutch will not. release/disengage. The throw-out bearing seems to. travel the proper distance with little resistance. Initially the tractor wouldnt run for longer than about 10 minutes. So, I cleaned all of the farm fuel out of it, and drained the majority of the fuel out. I believe this tractor has a fuel pump. Pull the line off the carb and crank the engine should get good pulses of fuel out line, at least a 1/4 cup after 5 seconds of cranking. A dribble is nothing. You probably have a blockage somewhere. Crack open the line from the filters at the injection pump. You should get a good gravity flow of fuel there unless your tractor has a lift pump.
