It's still a great caliber and firearm.It is a British Service Revolver (S&W M&P, Model 1905, 4th Change) chambered in .38/200 Webley or .38 S&W. The barrel has been cut down from 5" to 3" which renders it a mere shooter, but a nice looking gun. The grips are period correct (<1942) and look to be in great shape.
