Since advanced tools requaires 4 basic ones, i just searched for 8 advanced tools and crafted it as soon as i found the last one. I found like 13 of advanced one at before spawning it. Most of them i gived to technicians in hope getting stash coordinates but i gave up after 30 or even 40 stashes.If you start spawning in items this early you might as well just give yourself all the best gear.
