The 60 and 795 use the same semi-auto action. The 60 has a longer barrel, a tube feed magazine, is more accurate beyond about 50 yds, and is a bit heavier. I think 60s can still be had with wooden stocks. The 795 has a detachable 10 round magazine and a plastic stock. They handle a little better because they are shorter and lighter.
