I am a new rider and just purchased a 2002 Honda Shadow Spirit vt1100. It is fun to ride and I am enjoying, but I am only getting 23 mpg, which makes for a lot of gas stops. Could there be something wrong with the bike or the way I am driving? One other thing to note is it is a California model.
