Reshade is the base version for all games. Gshade is modded to work with FFXIV, So Gshade. Gshade has an installer and a ton of presets with it along with all the shaders. I would just suggest to try messing around settings yourself to see how it works. If you need any help, feel free to message me and I can give you my discord.
Make sure you run the reshade setup as administrator, select ffxiv_dx11.exe, select directx 9 and allow it to download shaders, after that give admin rights to ffxiv.exe and the admin rights to the exe the desktop shortcut points to. So my advice is to make a new folder and move any of the old reshade/sweetfx files out of the game folder into the new folder (so that if something goes wrong you can just move it back!).
