Piece of advice, use chapter 2 to do as many of the challenges as possible. It's the chapter (with chapter 3 being close) with the most you can do without having story missions following each rapidly, least demanding as you're still viewed as learning the game and you can finish some and get really far into most in there.

The birds on the train, I hijacked the train cuz the conductor ran off as soon as I started shooting the birds, and got it up to speed.
