Jan 11, 2021. #1. Hi. I am trying to program my Pro652 to listen to CSP and what ever else I can on the CLMRN. I have CT DEEP and CT Transit in their own banks and don't hear anything there either. I am using WIN500 to program with. I downloaded from RR database.I ordered a new BCD996P2 to use in my car. A few weeks ago I brought the home base 996 P2 scanner out in my car with an 800 mhz mag mount. I was so pleased with the reception and sound quality I ordered a new one.
