Ford customer service shows the part shipped and closed the case. Dealership has told me it will ship 9/29, 10/6, 10/13, 10/20 and now 10/25. Dealership says call Ford. Make sure the fluid level is where it needs to be. If you have an OBDII connector, you could use ForScan and check the converter slip. If your converter is slipping, adding the XL-16 additive would possibly make the slip worse.
