There is literally no reason to run master vow outside of triumphs. In every single situation that I can think of 2x enhanced perks are going to be better than adept mods. People who are most likely to run master raids are probably already >50% of the way getting all the raid patterns anyways just running the raid normally.Raid adept weapons should be either. 1: Craftable with fewer deepsight frames to unlock pattern. Enhanced perks unlock as weapon level increase. OR. 2: not craftable, but with enhanced perks in the perk pool.
